Order information

After you have completed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, such as payment, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs.
If something is incorrect, contact us directly at email info@carlsbernsten.com.

You have to be 18 years of age or older or have received your parents or guardians’ approval when ordering.

Payment

The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.

The following payments are accepted:

Credit card

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Delivery Time

All orders are completed at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden; normally within 2 business days. During sale periods the delivery time may be longer. We operate Monday to Friday and not during public holidays. If you believe that your order is delayed, please contact us directly via email web@carlsbernsten.com.

Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord, and its delivery time is between 2-4 business days. Depending on submitting and where you live, it can sometimes take 1-2 days extra.

International orders are shipped with PostNord, and its delivery time is 4-6 business days. The parcel will be delivered to your shipping adress, if you are unable to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to your closest collection point.

Carls Bernsten offers free shipping on all orders above 1500sek.

Sweden – shipping cost 50sek.

International – shipping cost 100sek

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on.

– Fill out the order receipt, which was included in your order.  Transcribe which product you want to return, your name, phone number and email adress.

– We offer free returns worldwide. Email us at web@carlsbernsten.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Simply attach the prepaid return shipping label on to the package and leave it to your closest collection point.

– Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card after we have received the returned item.

– Once we have received and processed your return we will contact you by email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. During sale periods, please note that it may take longer for us to process your return.

– Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.

Exchanges

– If you want to exchange a product, this has to be done within 14 days after you have received your order. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received them – with all its labels tags on.

– Fill out the order receipt, which was included in your order.  Transcribe which products you want to return and exchange to, your name, phone number, email dress and payment method. If you paid by debit or credit card and you wish to exchange to a more expensive product, we need your card number to levy the balance.

– Email us at web@carlsbernsten.com and we will send you a return shipping label. Attach the prepaid return shipping label on to the package and leave it to your closest collection point.

– Do not hesitate to email us in advance, in order to reserve a new product. Firstly, look if the product is available in our web shop. Please e-mail your order number and what you want to exchange to, to web@carlsbernsten.com

– Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
The shipping cost is also nonrefundable.

Reclaim

If you want to make a reclaim a product, you must contact us by email or phone and notify us of why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is not correct. Email to web@carlsbernsten.com.

– We will send you a prepaid waybill and instructions. Make sure to notify Carls Bernsten of any complaint as soon as possible.

Uncollected Items

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is currently 150 kr. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.

Prices

All prices displayed at the Carls Bernsten online store are given in SEK, GBP, EUR, USD and NOK (VAT included). All transactions are made in SEK. As a customer outside Sweden, please note that the price charged from your account may differ somewhat from the price was given, regarding exchange rate fluctuation.
